Buyer-side role

CargoTow Source Is an Independent Trailer Procurement Service

Our role is to keep a business buyer’s requirement, manufacturer responses and evidence requests on a common basis. We are not a trailer factory, dealer, certification body or importer of record.

A coordination service, not a product claim

CargoTow Source structures information for buyer review and factory outreach. Any factory identity, production capability, inventory, certification, warranty or schedule must come from the responding supplier and apply to the exact quoted configuration.

A clear handoff, not an approval

We can organize questions and requested records, but destination acceptance belongs to buyers and their qualified customs, legal, engineering, compliance and registration advisers.

Working method

How CargoTow Source protects the comparison basis

  1. Record the hauling duty first

Cargo form, unit weight, loading equipment, route, tow vehicle and site constraints shape dimensions, door choices, payload targets and coupling needs. Starting with duty avoids comparing unrelated builds.

  2. Mark assumptions instead of filling gaps

If GVWR, finished tare weight, axle rating, brake type, material gauge or delivery term is absent, the field remains open. We do not invent a number to make quotations look complete.

  3. Separate documents by responsibility

Supplier specifications, component records, inspection findings, freight documents and destination approvals have different owners. A document is requested for its stated purpose, not presented as universal certification.

  4. Surface trade-offs for buyer choice

A lighter interior may preserve payload while a heavier fit-out may suit frequent use; a lower factory price may exclude inspection or logistics. We make the basis visible without declaring one option universally superior.

Role boundaries

Questions about the sourcing relationship

No factory ownership or authorized representation is claimed. Candidate manufacturer identity and capability require direct evidence during the inquiry.

No blanket audit status is published. Buyers can request a defined document review, remote check or third-party inspection as part of the procurement scope.

The buyer approves the supplier, specification, commercial terms and risk controls after reviewing the available responses and evidence.

Yes, but changes should be versioned and reissued to every compared supplier so price, lead time and documents remain aligned.

The gap is recorded for follow-up. Missing proof is not treated as a positive or negative fact until a qualified source answers it.
