We use submitted information to review the requirement, identify missing comparison fields, coordinate relevant sourcing follow-up and communicate about the inquiry. A budget or supplier preference is treated as buyer guidance, not as proof of supplier quality or an authorization to purchase.
Relevant requirement details may be shared with candidate manufacturers or service providers when needed to request a response. Avoid placing unnecessary confidential, personal or regulated data in the initial form. Sensitive drawings or commercial documents can be discussed through an agreed follow-up channel.
