These terms describe use of CargoTow Source as an independent buyer-side sourcing information and coordination service. The site is not a trailer manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, insurer, finance provider, testing laboratory, certification body or government authority.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate intended duty, dimensions, ratings, quantity, destination, delivery timing and document requirements. Catalog labels, articles and examples identify questions to ask; they do not state inventory, supplier appointment, final specifications, regulatory acceptance, price or lead time.
Any quotation, drawing, specification, schedule, warranty, certification statement or other supplier material remains subject to review for the exact manufacturer, trailer configuration, model year, quantity and destination. CargoTow Source may organize responses but does not warrant their completeness or accuracy.
The buyer selects suppliers, approves commercial terms, arranges payments and determines whether legal, engineering, inspection, customs, tax, registration or compliance advice is needed. Services performed by manufacturers, inspectors, logistics providers and destination professionals are governed by their own agreements.
Published pages do not promise stock, a lowest price, a fixed saving or delivery by a stated date. Comparable review requires one configuration, quantity, currency, Incoterm, destination, inspection scope and document basis. Costs can change when the requirement or supplier quotation changes.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, impersonate another party or use inquiry channels for spam. We may decline requests outside the stated procurement scope.
