Procurement intake

Describe the hauling duty, usable body dimensions, cargo size and weight, loading method, required GVWR or payload basis, axle and brake preferences, coupling, interior options and order quantity. Mark any field that is still open so candidate factories can identify alternatives instead of silently assuming a configuration.
State the destination state or port, preferred Incoterm, requested delivery window, packing, inspection and documents that must be quoted. Separating factory scope, inland movement, freight, duty and destination work keeps a lower unit-price line from being mistaken for a lower landed procurement cost.
